Payment Policy

1. Currency

All prices are quoted in Euro (€). The merchant country is Italy.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard and other major debit and credit cards where available. Payments are processed by ALLOGGIO TURISTICA VENEZIA. All payments are processed securely in EUR.

3. Payment Processing

For reservations received through Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and travel partners, payments are processed using one-time virtual credit cards issued by the respective travel partner. The full payment is processed only after the guest has completed their stay and checked out. We do not collect advance payments from the guest's payment card for these reservations.

Any different payment conditions for direct reservations, if offered in the future, will be clearly communicated to the guest before the reservation is confirmed and will not apply to this OTA virtual card processing agreement.

4. No Advance Payment

We do not pre-authorise, verify or charge the guest's payment card at the time of booking. For OTA and travel-partner reservations, payment is processed using one-time virtual credit cards issued by the respective travel partner, and only after the guest has completed their stay and checked out. No advance payment is collected from the guest's payment card.

5. Payment Timing

Payment timing: For OTA and travel-partner reservations, the full payment is deducted only after the accommodation service has been delivered and the guest has checked out. No advance payment is collected from guests for OTA and travel-partner reservations.

6. Security

Payment data are processed through secure, encrypted channels. The property does not store full card details on its own systems.
