Refund Policy
Refund conditions for reservations at Hotel Airone.

1. General
Refund conditions depend on the rate plan and booking channel. The applicable conditions are communicated at the time of booking and shown on the booking confirmation.
2. Refundable Rates
For flexible rates cancelled within the free cancellation period, no charge applies. Since no advance payment is collected from the guest's payment card for OTA and travel-partner reservations, no refund of an advance payment is required. Cancellation and refund conditions are governed by the respective travel partner's policies.
3. Non-Refundable Rates
For non-refundable rates, no refund is due for cancellations, no-shows, shortened stays or early departures, unless otherwise required by applicable law or the travel partner's policies. For OTA and travel-partner reservations, refund conditions are governed by the respective travel partner's policies.
4. Refund Timing
Where a refund is due, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Refunds typically appear on the guest's account within 7 to 14 business days, depending on the payment provider and the guest's bank.
5. OTA Reservations
For reservations made through online travel agencies, refunds are governed by the terms and conditions of the relevant platform and may be processed directly by the platform or by the property in accordance with the platform's policies.
