These Terms and Conditions govern the reservation, purchase and use of accommodation and related services provided by Hotel Airone (“the Hotel”). By making a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

The Hotel offers accommodation services in Venice, Italy, including overnight stays in guest rooms, with related hospitality services such as reception, luggage storage and tourist information. The accommodation services are operated by VACANZA VENEZIA DI MAHBUBA KHANOOM RATREE.

The Hotel reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

All reservations are subject to availability and acceptance by the Hotel.

A reservation shall only be deemed confirmed upon receipt of a written confirmation from the Hotel or through an authorized booking platform.

The Hotel reserves the right to refuse, cancel or modify any reservation in the event of obvious errors, fraudulent activity, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond the Hotel’s reasonable control.

All rates are quoted in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise specified.

Additional charges, including but not limited to tourist taxes, extra services, minibar consumption, damages, penalties or other ancillary services, may apply and will be charged separately where appropriate.

The Hotel reserves the right to amend room rates and service charges without prior notice, except for confirmed reservations.

For reservations received through Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and travel partners, payments are processed using one-time virtual credit cards issued by the respective travel partner. The full payment is processed only after the guest has completed their stay and checked out. We do not collect advance payments from the guest's payment card for these reservations.

Any different payment conditions for direct reservations, if offered in the future, will be clearly communicated to the guest before the reservation is confirmed and will not apply to this OTA virtual card processing agreement.

Payments are processed by VACANZA VENEZIA. We accept Visa, Mastercard and other major debit/credit cards where available. All prices are in EUR.

These terms apply to direct reservations made with our website and direct email or phone call booking where payment is processed remotely using MOTO (Mail Order / Telephone Order).

Payment Authorization

By providing card details and agreeing to the reservation conditions, the cardholder authorizes us to process the applicable payment for the confirmed accommodation reservation.

The amount to be charged and the applicable booking conditions will be communicated to the guest before the payment is processed.

Non-Refundable Reservations

For direct reservations booked under a non-refundable rate, we may charge 10% of the total reservation amount through MOTO 7 days before the scheduled check-in date.

This 10% payment forms part of the agreed non-refundable reservation and is therefore non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the guest.

The remaining balance will be payable according to the reservation conditions communicated to the guest.

Flexible / Refundable Reservations

For direct reservations that are not booked under a non-refundable rate, we may charge 5% of the total reservation amount through MOTO 3 days before the scheduled check-in date.

Any cancellation and refund entitlement will be handled according to the cancellation conditions applicable to the reservation and our published Cancellation and Refund Policies.

Refunds

Where a MOTO payment is eligible for a refund under the applicable reservation conditions, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 3 working days after the refund has been approved.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the cardholder's account may subsequently depend on the card issuer or bank.

Card Data & Security

Card details are securely managed through our PMS/channel management system and are used only for legitimate reservation and payment purposes.

Card details are automatically and permanently deleted 24 hours after the guest's check-out.

Guests must present a valid government-issued identification document upon arrival.

In accordance with Italian law, all guests must be registered prior to occupying the accommodation.

The Hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to any person unable or unwilling to provide the required documentation.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Check-In: From 14:00 • Check-Out: By 10:30

Requests for early arrival or late departure are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Failure to vacate the room by the agreed departure time may result in additional charges equivalent to one or more nights’ accommodation.

Cancellation policies vary according to the selected rate plan and booking conditions, and are governed by the terms of the booking channel through which the reservation was made.

For reservations received through Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and travel partners, cancellation and no-show conditions are determined by the respective travel partner's policies. The full payment is processed only after the guest has completed their stay and checked out. We do not collect advance payments from the guest's payment card for these reservations.

No refunds shall be granted for unused services, shortened stays, delayed arrivals or early departures unless otherwise required by applicable law or the travel partner's policies.

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner at all times.

The Hotel reserves the right to terminate a guest’s stay immediately, without compensation or refund, in the event of:

• Disorderly conduct; • Excessive noise; • Harassment of staff or other guests; • Illegal activities; • Violation of Hotel policies; • Damage to Hotel property; • Behaviour that may compromise the safety, comfort or well-being of others.

Guests shall be fully responsible for any loss, damage, theft or destruction caused by themselves, their visitors or any person for whom they are responsible.

The Hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s payment method for the full cost of repair, replacement, cleaning, compensation and any associated administrative expenses.

The Hotel accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to money, jewellery, valuables, documents, electronic devices, luggage or any personal belongings unless liability is established under applicable Italian law.

Guests are encouraged to take appropriate precautions to safeguard their property.

The Hotel shall not be liable for any failure, interruption or delay in the performance of its obligations arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, public utility failures, transportation disruptions, strikes, civil unrest or other force majeure events.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information displayed on the Hotel’s website, the Hotel does not guarantee that descriptions, photographs, pricing, availability or other content are free from errors or omissions.

All photographs displayed on this website are intended solely to convey an idea of the property and its atmosphere. The rooms and facilities may not appear exactly as shown in the photographs.

The Hotel reserves the right to correct inaccuracies at any time.

The Hotel processes personal information in accordance with applicable privacy legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

By making a reservation, guests consent to the collection and processing of personal data necessary for the provision of accommodation and related services.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Venice, Italy.
